Almost all Hail repair companies employ 100% commission sales people. It is a revolving door of untrained people trying to make a quick buck off your repair. You are simply quick money for the season for them. Next year they are gone. At GotHail.CO WE SALARY ALL OUR SALES PEOPLE. They don’t need to be pushy or high pressure with you to pay their rent. They are paid very well every week to HELP YOU. We provide health,dental,optical,chiropractic and mental health insurance. We provide a matching 401k retirement plan. We offer paid vacation. We also provide a safe, friendly, diverse and fun workplace with upward mobility. We also provide 1 on 1 training in PDR and sales. No one at GotHail.CO asks for a raise.
